This paper mainly researches the design and development, human resource management information system of the integrity of Electronic Co. Ltd., of course, technology and method and studied the information system development, including the JSP programming language, Struts2 technology, Hibernatetechnology and UML modeling technology, rapid prototyping, needs analysis, software engineering and so on, several experienced and the human resources information management system development in the process of key technology support is the object of this research needs.Firstly, this paper discusses previous related literature, a comprehensive study of the study of history of human resource management information system, the research front shape, focuses on the analysis of human resource management information system of practical significance for the integrity of Electronic Co. Ltd; then put forward analysis of human resource management information system needs analysis, lists the detailed report several key technical support; and then study the development of the information system are used, then according to the company’s actual business process, optimized design, carried out the presidential system, focuses on the charged by me in the project system login interface, personnel management module, recruitment management, training management module, module design reward and punishment evaluation management module, payroll management module, system security design detailed requirement analysis and detailed design, finally is to test and study of the system and the summary and prospect.The development of the human resources management information management system is designed by MVC design pattern, the pattern design is divided into the level below, one is to realize the presentation layer service using JSP technology, which uses JSP technology to achieve the display to the user interface, use the Struts action to achieve the control layer business, namely uses the Struts technology to realize the control of the business a logic program, control parameter transfer of the user, to realize the persistence layer service using Hibernate technology, which uses Hibernate framework technology realization and database links, so that the system development and maintenance, very good to promote the efficiency of development project work group system.The system focuses on human resource management information system in the company of the development, design and key supporting technology research, his successful development and implementation, and can be widely applied to human resource management information system of other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises development work.
