Among the contents of human resource management in Higher Education Publishing houses,how to effectively motivate employees and improve the efficiency of higher education publishing houses is one of the most important contents.Whether the incentive system is applied scientifically or not is not only related to the efficiency of employees,but also determines the development of Higher Education Publishing houses.How to effectively play the role of staff incentive in higher education publishing houses and build a suitable staff incentive mechanism for higher education publishing houses has become an urgent task for human resources management of Higher Education Publishing houses.This paper mainly uses literature research method,statistical analysis method,survey method and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on staff incentives of Higher Education Publishing houses.Firstly,the current situation of staff incentive in higher education publishing houses is analyzed,and then the problems existing in staff incentive in higher education publishing houses are analyzed.The specific manifestations are: problems in economic incentive,problems in work incentive,problems in social psychological incentive and problems in enterprise culture.This paper analyses the causes of staff incentive problems in Higher Education Publishing houses,which are as follows: imperfect performance appraisal mechanism,imperfect welfare incentive system,unreasonable staff allocation,lack of staff career planning,and inadequate corporate culture construction.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of staff incentives in Higher Education Publishing houses,this paper designs an incentive scheme for staff of Higher Education Publishing houses,which mainly includes performance appraisal design,and incentive design for salary incentives,training incentives and career development incentives on this basis.At the same time,the effective implementation of the incentive scheme of higher education publishing houses needs a variety of safegua rds to play a role together.Therefore,higher education publishing houses should strive to strengthen the system safeguard,environmental safeguard,system safeguard,supervision safeguard and so on.Based on the higher education publishing house,this pa per designs a scientific and effective staff incentive optimization scheme for the higher education publishing house,which is of great significance for promoting the reform of the higher education publishing house,improving the governance mechanism of the higher education publishing house,improving the operation efficiency of the higher education publishing house and enhancing the competitiveness of the higher education publishing house.
