As a modern publishing enterprise,ad publishing company wants to be invincible in the digital wave and the drastic change,the globalization change and the exchange,and calls for the optimization of human resource management.The demand for young blood injection in the digital publishing era is much larger.In recent years,the post-90 s talents can not be used by people and the serious brain drain situation,which makes the requirements of ad publishing house limited liability company on the training and management of talents,especially the post-90 s employees,are increasingly urgent in the reform of enterprises.Therefore,this paper chooses the post-90 s staff human resource management optimization research.This paper first studies the research background,literature review and research methods of human resource management optimization of post-90 s employees in AD publishing house.Secondly,it introduces the definition of the relevant concepts of the research object,the overview of the relevant theories of human resource management and the elements of human resource development of state-owned enterprises.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resources of post-90 s employees in AD publishing house,including the enterprise operation(2018-2020),the current situation of human resource management,the current situation of human resources of post-90 s employees,and the advantages of human resource management of ad publishing house.This paper analyzes the problems of human resource management of post-90 s employees in AD publishing house.After analyzing the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of human resources of post-90 s employees of ad publishing house.The first is to change the concept,establish and improve the overall strategic planning of human resource management.The second is to improve the recruitment and personnel appointment mechanism.Thirdly,establish and improve the staff management and performance appraisal system.Fourth,establish and improve a systematic and standardized training system for post-90 s employees.Finally,it is necessary to shape a distinctive corporate culture.The sixth part is the conclusion of the article.
