At present,most optical power meters on the market use the communication methods of serial ports or USB2.0,Serial ports and USB communication methods must use transmission lines,so it can't realize wireless measurements.Bluetooth technology is a very mature wireless connection technology.Nowadays,with the rapid development of technology,more and more intelligent instruments use Bluetooth technology.The purpose of this project is to design an intelligent wireless optical power meter,which combined the optical power and Bluetooth technology.Firstly,the PIN photo-diode was selected as the photoelectric probe to realize photoelectric conversion,which converts the optical signal into an electrical signal.Secondly,I/V converter with high stability,good linearity,low noise,high sensitivity was used as Preamplifier.The amplified signal were sent to the MCU for analog to digital conversion.After the calibration of absolute power,the measurement result was displayed on the LCD screen.In terms of data communication,based on the Android platform,the measured data were transmitted to the Android mobile application by Bluetooth module.As a result,the project designed and implemented a portable optical power meter with Bluetooth communication function.The wavelength range is 390 nm~675 nm,the power detection range is 1 ?W~1 mW,and the accuracy is within ±5%.With the progress of technology,the development of instrumentation is becoming more and more intelligent.The intelligent optical power meter designed in this project can realize wireless measurement and transmit data to the mobile app,making the data more intuitive and easier to operate and process.
