With the rapid development of smart terminals and mobile communications,mobile phone has great uses in all walks of life as a portable communication device.Especially in the field of surveillance,the monitored information can be checked at any time and anywhere through the application on the mobile phone,which plays an irreplaceable protective role.In recent years,the demand for electronic machinery and equipment has been increasing,and equipment monitoring technology is gradually being updated.Equipment in the field is prone to failure due to the harsh environment,steep terrain,and human-induced interference.This can lead to safety accidents.In this context,the field equipment monitoring system becomes an indispensable research topic in the Internet of Things technology.In this paper,a field device monitoring system based on Bluetooth communication is designed on the Android platform.The system is composed of a BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy Bluetooth)module,an Android client,and a Web server.The Bluetooth module collects data of device and sends the data to the mobile phone client.The Android device receives the data and displays it on the interface.The alarm record is synchronized to the Web server.The web server deploys Tomcat to respond to client requests.The functions implemented in this system include automatic connection,device management,information synchronization,voice alarm control and statistical analysis.The interaction of various functions has achieved the effect of monitoring and maintaining the field equipment.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First,the overall design of the field device monitoring system based on Android Bluetooth communication is described.The system collects data about battery power status and alarm characteristics of field devices through various sensors.The collected data is sent from the Bluetooth module to the Android client,completing the data transmission between Bluetooth and the mobile phone;Android client and Web The server uses the HTTP protocol to communicate and store the received data.The Android client,as an application layer platform,realizes the real-time monitoring of master and slave devices and alarm conditions.Secondly,combining the architecture of the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol stack and the GATT layer Bluetooth communication principle,the Android client Bluetooth connection and communication interface design is completed,and the data transmission communication protocol is customized to ensure the reliability of the Bluetooth transmission data;it is completed on the remote server side.The design of the database realizes the development of the Servlet subroutines and the logic processing of the client requests.After the client completes the interface design and the implementation flow of each function,a corresponding flow chart is drawn.Finally,the field equipment monitoring system was developed and tested.
