With the arrival of smart torn equipment,the Internet of things,mobile Internet tide,and the Bluetooth Low Energy technology has become an important technical support for mobile Internet smart connection.However,due to its short-range communication characteristics,The ideas that Bluetooth communication system based on the Android platform design can achieve more distant data transmission came into being,which is the source o the current research.On the basis of the research status of BLE,Android technology as well as the requirement of 200m transmission distance,BLE technology,Android system and high gain antenna technology are combined to design a long-distance communication system based on Android phone.The system consists of host-side Android phone,the machine-side BLE module and high-gain micro strip array antenna.First of all,In the IAR Embedded Workbench compiler environment based on the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol stack using C language to complete the hardware module initialization,the operating system abstraction layer task event driver mechanism design,module broadcast,and host-side data interaction protocol mechanism.Then,the design of the BLE communication module is designed to calculate the size of the unit patch and the substrate,the micro strip array antenna feed mode,the impedance matching converter and the composition feed network.Based on the HFSS simulation The software has completed the simulation and optimization of micro strip patch unit,binary antenna array and 2×2 antenna array,and the 2 × 2 array antenna has been processed and tested in kind.Finally,based on the Android mobile platform,in the Android Studio compilation environment,the use of Java programming language to build the application software search and communication interface,and completed the peripheral device scanning connection,name address information display,transmission rate records,communication bytes such as mobile terminal functions.In this paper,the test and system reliability analysis of the system power consumption,transmission rate,communication distance and bit error rate are achieved,and the expected indicators are verified.The feasibility of the long-distance BLE communication system based on Android mobile phone Bluetooth technology is verified.Low cost,low power consumption,mobile application software flexibility,antenna gain can be extended and out of the short transmission distance to achieve long-distance data transmission and other advantages,which will become the trend of mobile BLE communication applications.In order to achieve more distance BLE communication,the possibility of the system and its application laid the foundation.
