Transplantation And Application Of Low Energy Bluetooth In Android

In recent years,with the integration of three networks and the rapid development of Internet of things,mobile intelligent terminals and a variety of wearable devices increasingly use wireless protocols to communicate.As the better one of these protocols,Low Energy Bluetooth is gradually expanding occupation of the market.As the same time,Android system is expanding market share in the smart terminal field.So the research and application about BLE in android platform are becoming a hot spot.The functions of low-power Bluetooth are ported into Android 4.4 system.After transplanting,the android system will implement GATT/ATT protocol and three bluetooth specification.A low-power bluetooth communication application is developed,which will achieve the Bluetooth remote control function and the communication of text and voice between Bluetooth device to verify the effect of the transplantation.Transplant work includes: modify the hardware abstraction layer,frame layer and application layer and add low-power Bluetooth protocols amd specifications in each layer based on hierarchical structure of android and add low-power Bluetooth configuration in kernel layer to ensure that Bluetooth can run in android system.Low power Bluetooth communication application need develope sever and client.The server mainly completes the Bluetooth broadcast transmission and the corresponds requests from client;the client can scan server and initiate a connection request and establish the Bluetooth connection and transmit Bluetooth data.Both points complete the Bluetooth remote control function and the communication of text and voice.Bluetooth remote control function is that the client sends out the control command and control behavior of server,like volume addition and subtraction;communication of text and voice is similar to WeChat,which can has a simple "dialogue” between Bluetooth devices.The tests of Low Energy Bluetooth communication application include the function test of the server,the function test of the client and the performance test of the low power bluetooth.
