The main research of this paper is about the pre-amplifier used in thenuclear radiation examination, in view of gamma ray's characteristic affectionon the matter, the electric circuit's noise and disturbance are restrainedbased on the nuclear electron theory.In this paper one kind of electric charge keen amplifier is designed to matchthe detector adopted the scintillation coupling to the photo diode , which isdifferent form the traditional way of using scintillation coupling to themultiplier phototube .The main studies of this paper is as follows :1) After the research on the way that gamma ray and the matter affectingmutually, high performance detector is manufactured with the new surveycomponent;2) By analyzing the operation mode of scintillation and the photo diode andtheir characters, the pre-amplifier is designed based on the photo electricitytechnology and the nuclear electronics technology;3) The circuit board of the pre-amplifier is manufactured, and theinstallation and debugging are finished;4) A reasonable experiment plan is selected, and the performance of thedetector and the pre-amplifier is improved.In the paper, Comparing several kinds of design projects, the electriccurrent charge enlarge design decision is finally selected, the electric circuitschematic diagram, after the system board, the primary device choice, thewelding installment and initially debugging are achieved at present the electriccircuit has been carried on the preliminary experiment in the gamma standardlaboratory of China Institute of Radiation and Protection gamma standardlaboratory , the test result proves that the design decision adopted is feasible.Although some noises in the electric circuit exist yet , the defect can be settledin the future research.
