With the development of technology and the raising of people’s requirements forthe quality of life, there appear some new things that disturb people. For example, wewill be uncomfortable after long phone calls because of the cellphone radiation, wecan’t use the phone while we are driving, it’s hardly to find the remote controller whenwe want to turn on the TV or the air conditioning, the headphone cables are easilywrapped when they are used. To solve these problems, the technology of speechrecognition is a good way, so the use of speech recognition to the people as aninterface between human and machine can bring great convenience to people’severyday life. Using the voice to control the equipment by combining voice controltechnology and Bluetooth headset, people can get rid of the constraint of physicalbuttons and let the hands free to do more to improve the work efficiency. Using aBluetooth headset can also reduce cell phone radiation and minimize the damage of thebattery radiation. We can make phone calls, write e-mails, drive and do houseworkwithout using the hands at the same time.In this paper, the present situation of voice control technology in Bluetoothheadset are reviewed, their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Based onCSR8645Bluetooth chip and the principle of microstrip antenna, The author designedand implemented a Bluetooth headset which can meet requirements of Bluetoothcertification in quality and performance. In the android platform, he designed thefunction of voice recognition in Bluetooth headset,including making voice calls,sending voice messages and e-mail, broadcasting messages and emails, with the voicecommand syntax file format in the syntax file corresponding to each function design.and also analyzes the key points in the program implementation. The author developsthe corresponding functions in accordance with the designed syntax file with eclipse.The developed voice-control system is tested in different environments and differentusers, and the test results show that the developed system has a good performance.
