With the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing companies attach great importance to production quality management.As a large-scale enterprise in the manufacturing industry,M Company has many problems in logistics inspection and product quality management.It adopts manual management method with paper record,with many batches of materials and large inspection workload;all manual reports,data statistics are not timely;history records Management is chaotic,data is not standardized,and sharing is low;It is difficult to find and use data,also is difficult analysis and application.It cannot be monitored and early warned timely.Therefore,M Group proposed to build a unified quality management system platform for the value chain to achieve unified quality standards,implement quality rigidity and quality one-vote veto,automate intelligent real-time monitoring and early warning,and effectively support quality decision-making.Then realize standardize management and improve efficiency.Therefore,this topic is of great significance.According to the implementation process of the Range hood quality management system project,this thesis first introduced the background of system development,conducts in-depth research on the domestic and international situations,clarifies the main objectives and application value of the research work,and then clarifies the system construction in terms of technology,benefits and risks feasibility.The system needs to analyze system requirements from the aspects of system users,function use cases,and business processes.The article designs the system application architecture,technical architecture and network topology structure in detail,points out the system multi-level structure,development framework and technology.The system is based on the Web platform,adopts the advanced JavaEE technical specification B/S structure,mainly uses Spring,Struts2 and Hibernate framework technology.The article focuses on the detailed design of the system function structure and modules.The UML modeling method is used to describe the sequence diagram of the core functions.The home page function,basic data management,incoming material quality management,type test management,sample inspection management,and quality report are designed in detail.Functional modules such as central,statistical process control,document system management,finished product quality management,market quality management,and system management.This thesis configured the system development environment,implemented the function module by writing the program code,and verified that the system can run correctly through functional test,performance test and data test.The quality management system constructed by this project optimizes the quality management operation process and realizes paperless management;realizes the quality management of the production process in real time,standardizes the quality management operation of employees,and provides early warning function for abnormal situations;The preservation and modification of historical documents provides accurate and efficient traceability of product quality data;improves work efficiency and reduces management costs.In short,it provides information support means for the quality assurance of Range hood products and the improvement of enterprise market competitiveness,which is of great practical significance.
