Cold strip annealing is an important process of cold rolling,which directly affects the surface quality of steel sheet.This paper takes the Ansteel Cold Rolling Plant of hood-type annealing furnace control system as the research background,designs the production management system of hood-type annealing furnace,realizes the orderly management of production,equipment,energy,and further enhances the process automation control level,has a positive impact on saving energy and improves the productivity of enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development history and characteristics of hood-type annealing furnace at home and abroad are analyzed.The basic structure,working principle and control network of hood-type annealing furnace control system are analyzed.(2)Through the research process,the bell type annealing furnace of mechanical structure,main performance and parameter design,the bell type annealing furnace production management system structure and design,so that the bell type annealing furnace control and information management integrated between production management system,L2 process control,L1 automatic control part,and database man-machine interface.(3)Through the study of the system data,establish and perfect the database to store and manage all of the facility data,data statistics,integration of bell type annealing furnace and analysis,including the analysis of energy consumption statistics query and statistics,fault statistics,class reports and monthly reports of the function optimization,equipment status,alarm parameter setting etc..(4)Design human-computer interaction interface,and realize simple and friendly human-computer interaction function,which is convenient for operators and production managers.According to the group stacking system,the mathematical model of pile formation is set up to improve the automatic control level and reduce the human factors,thus reducing the quality defects such as steel coil bonding.To sum up,through the design and implementation of the production management system of bell type annealing furnace,realize the automation of the production process management and control process of hood type annealing furnace from theory to some of the guiding role.In the actual production process,a better annealing effect is achieved,andenergy is saved.Improve production efficiency,ensure product quality,thereby strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development capabilities.
