| With the quality management problems of product production stage being more serious,poor quality information collection methods, traditional concept of quality control, inefficient inspection response and scheduling model has been unable to meet the new demand of quality management; at the same time, EETM technology has inherent advantages in information management. So it is important to research the quality information management technology using IETM technology.This paper takes the process of inspection for major components as the object of the research, and develops the system from the user concerned product testing point of the view,using IETM related technologies solves the questions of the original quality information collection in the product inspection, and the show of inspection state and the management of quality information. The details are as follows:1. The main contents for the quality information management are clear,according to the software development process,the article internal information flows are confirmed,the user needs are analyzed, the quality information management is created, and on this basis, each modules for the system are planned and presented.2. The required quality information for the paper has been classified and collected. The paper use E-R modeling method to establish the quality information management data model,laying data foundation for the system development and the IETM technology development.3. Reference IETM system data module coding system, considering product structure information, production information and process information related to the quality information, the coding scheme for the quality information management system are proposed.The parts list editing module and inspection flow visualization module affecting system interaction and interoperability are researched, to standard testing process and achieve real-time visualization. The graphics and multimedia technology in the IETM technology is studied,and the virtual simulation and visualization technology are researched in methods and case, the feasibility for the virtual simulation and visualization is proved.4. The hardware and software environment of the quality information management system development and operation is introduced. The main contents of the database are described in a tabular format. Parts of the system modules are introduced, and the feasibility for the IETM technology in quality information management is proved. |
