In traditional range hood control system,the main speed control method of air blower (single phase AC motor) is through the manual switch to relize the different connections and change the motor poles,completed the motor speed adjustment,finally to achieve the change of range hood pumping air amount.Considering the limit cost of motor production and motor itself, in this control mode,the motor just has high,medium and low three gears rotate speed and the noise is big.In addition,with China’s rapidly rising range hood industrial produc-tion,its products of intelligent level is low.On the market,the range hood’s air volume can not be adjusted in real time according to the exhaust gas.generally run at maximum power at work;so, be cause a lot of energy waste.With the improvement of people’s living standard,this just has only three gear speed and fixed frequency of manual type can not satisfy people’s requirements.Therefore,this topic has designed a range hood based on TMS320F28035integrated intelligent control module. First of all,this article starting from the principle of frequency conversion of single-phase AC mo-tors,taking single-phase AC motor to develop two-phase motor model,application of flux tracking technique (SVPWM) as the motor control strategy to improve the speed perform-ance of single-phase AC motor to save energy,to enhance the stability of the fan running, re-ducing noise. In addition,combined with the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm,it can optimize output rotational speed control to achieve the efficiency optimization and to improve the range hood’s level of intelligence.The module can easily replace traditional range hood to upgrade control system,it has great market potential.For this,our main work are as follows two points:1、In order to perceive the kitchen cooking parameters.we design the detection circuit for lampblack, humidity and temperature sensor and put forward the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm in kitchen environment to analysis of the kitchen cooking parameters,to compre-hensively optimize output rotational speed control,and to achieve the efficiency optimization to improve the range hood’s level of intelligence.2、Aiming at two-phase motor universal existence main and auxiliary winding imped-ance asymmetry,proposed the unbalanced voltage SVPWM control technology and used voltage conversion angle to adjust the distribution of basic voltage space vec-tor. Thus,changing the two-phase motor winding phase angle and the voltage of ampli-tude,realized the asymmetric parameters of two phase motor symmetric operation,achieved energy-saving,improved the operating stability of the fan and reduce the noise.Design of the intelligent control module for this article has carried on the experimental verification,the results show that the consumed power,the air volume and the noise are more than the traditional control system,it has a great performance improvement.This intelligent control module can realize cleaning the kitchen environment and save energy,it met the de-sign goals.
