Research On Quality Management Of Printed Circuit Board Surface Mounting Technology Production Line

The production process of printed circuit boards is complicated,and the requirements for production equipment and production processes are high.The surface mount technology production line has high degree of automation and good reliability.It has been widely used in the surface mount production of printed circuit boards.Surface mount technology has become the most popular electronic product assembly technology.Quality inspection is an important part of the surface mount production line.However,the research team found that the large amount of data generated by the quality inspection of the surface mount technology production line has not been fully utilized in the quality management and process quality control of production line.To this end,the paper combines the new model of intelligent manufacturing of new energy vehicle body electronic control system.The quality control of key process and quality management of production process in surface mount technology production line is studies.The quality management plan for surface mount technology production line is designs.A quality management application system is developed based on the actual needs of the project,aiming to explore a data-driven quality management and control program of surface mount technology production line.Firstly,the surface mount technology and the process flow of surface mount technology production line is outlined,and the key processes of the surface mount technology production line are clarified.The processing quality of surface mount technology production line and the quality control characteristics of key processes are analyzed,and the quality management requirements of production process are analyzed.On this basis,the quality management program of surface mount technology production line is designed.Secondly,the quality control of key processes in surface mount technology production line is studied.Based on the statistical process control theory method,and referring to the quality control characteristics of solder paste printing,patch and reflow process,the process quality control chart is designed,the calculation method of main parameters of the quality control chart being studied,the calculation method of process capability index of solder paste printing,patch and reflow process being studied,which provided calculation and evaluation basis for the implementation of key process quality control system.Then,from the perspective of system requirements,design goals,business process design,system function design,system development platform selection,database design and application system development of the quality management system of surface mount technology production line,the design,development and application of the quality management system of surface mount technology production line is systematically studied.Finally,based on the research content,the quality management application system of surface mount technology production line is developed.The preliminary application of the system in the quality management and control of printed circuit boards of an automobile electronic control product in the surface mount technology production line is discussed.
