Quality information is information generated during entire process of quality forming, which is the fundamental gist of quality manage work. The increasing pace of economic globalization, intensifying market competition, and diversification demand of consumer have been pushing product production changing and developing constantly, resulting in number of information surging, making information vast and complex. Hence, quality manage system is becoming part of enterprise organ, playing a more and more important role in maintaining product quality, improving quality of enterprise, and occupying market. On the other hand, because the scale of company appears a constantly expanding trend, companies’ products are variety, and the development and production of product is closely linking with quality management. The study and analysis of quality manage system of produce process become the precondition of enterprise development.This paper introduces the research background, significance and current research and application of the quality management system of Yunnan radio Co., Ltd, cleaning the contents and main work of this paper; In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the problems of the system, the organization, the original business process, and gives the business process of the reform; In the functional analysis, the paper describes the function of the system, and gives the overall function of the system; In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the function of the system, and gives the entity class diagram, establishing the database table structure; Finally, the research and analysis work carried out further prospect and summary.
