Travelling wave tubes,as microwave electron tubes with amplifying functions,have played an important role in current basic civilian and defense equipment.Production of traveling wave tubes requires a variety of production materials,and the types and quantities are very large.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of procurement of traveling wave tube production use cases.At present,traveling wave tube procurement management faces several problems.The first is that procurement information has not been effectively shared among purchasers,suppliers and procurement departments.Second,the supplier and supplier have not established a stable cooperative relationship,which has led to uncertainty in the procurement process.Thirdly,the material procurement plan may deviate from expectations,resulting in an imbalance between the supply plan of the material and the current demand,making it difficult to fully track the purchase list.Finally,the lack of constraints on procurement and the lack of scientific evaluation and management of suppliers.Therefore,this thesis proposes to construct a procurement management system for the materials used in the production of traveling wave tubes.This thesis studies the construction process of the traveling wave tube production materials procurement management system,points out the difficulties and deficiencies in the current procurement process,analyzes the research directions and key contents at home and abroad,and points out that the research has strategic application value.Then it introduces the key technologies needed for system development,and elaborates on their composition,working principle and technical characteristics,mainly including Spring,Hibernate,Struts2,MVC and other technologies.Then analyzed the feasibility of the system construction,pointed out the main user composition of the system,carried out a demand analysis of the system's business functions,business processes,etc.,and pointed out the system performance,security and reliability requirements.Then design the system in detail,design the hierarchical business application and technical architecture as a whole,determine the users,equipment composition and software support of the network deployment,and design the database from two aspects of the conceptual model and the physical model.The thesis focuses on the detailed design of the system's functional modules.The traveling wave tube production materials procurement management system includes procurement planning,bidding,ordering and cost management,and also includes inventory management,procurement statistical analysis,contract management,basic data management,system management and other functions.Module.These functions were designed by UML modeling method,and finally the system performance,function,data and other aspects were tested.Through testing,it is clear that the system functions normally and the performance is stable,and can be released online.The procurement management system developed in this thesis can open the ERP system and other business systems through mainstream underlying technologies,multi-level permission control systems,and standardized international standard interfaces,and realize the sharing of raw material procurement information,avoiding information entry errors.The application of the system realizes the transparency of the procurement process information.Centralized procurement can significantly reduce procurement costs and optimize the procurement management mode.The bidding business process standardizes the management and supervision of the procurement business,realizes a unified platform between the group and the supplier,improves the overall level of the supplier,improves the procurement efficiency,and truly realizes the large-scale internal collaboration,industrial chain collaboration,and social collaboration Structure to escort corporate strategy formulation and precise execution.
