Research On The Cultivation Of Reading Promoters In University Libraries In Wuhan

With the development of reading promotion activities,the identity of reading promoter has gradually come into people's sight.In Colleges and universities,because the overall reading literacy of readers is high,the development of their reading promoters is relatively slow.University reading promoters are composed of many groups,most of which are librarians.While students constantly understand the reading promotion,they also have higher requirements for it,and the cultivation of reading promoters also appears.This paper investigates and studies the cultivation of reading promoters in University Libraries in Wuhan,which has the largest number of college students in China.It analyzes the cultivation of reading promoters from seven aspects: the goal,the subject,the object,the management mode,the curriculum system,the assessment methods and the safeguard measures.I hope to provide some ideas for the cultivation of reading promoters in university libraries,and contribute to the construction of a national reading atmosphere and cultural power.This paper first expounds the research background and basis,research purpose and significance,and determines the research subject and research scope of this paper.This paper uses the method of network literature survey to collect and sort out the research status at home and abroad,and defines the basic concepts of University reading promotion and talent cultivation mode theory,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the next research.At the same time,this paper introduces the research idea of "raising questions--analyzing problems--solving problems",and the main research method--questionnaire survey.Two questionnaires are used to investigate the current situation of reading promoters in University Libraries in Wuhan,This paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of reading promoters in University Libraries in Wuhan,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the research results,and puts forward the prospects for the future research.
