On The Training Of Librarians Of University Libraries In Hefei Area

With the change of the information environment in colleges and universities and the,increasing diversification of the needs of teachers and students for libraries,library services are also becoming digital,networked and knowledge-based,which puts higher and higher requirements on the abilities of librarians in all aspects,and requires the continuous improvement of the professional quality,information technology and professional skills of librarians.There are two ways to improve the overall quality of librarians,one is to introduce professional talents with subject background,the other is to improve the ability of librarians through effective training.Through effective on-the-job training for librarians,the staff of the whole library can be covered,which is more practical and effective for improving the overall quality and comprehensive service ability of all library staff.The training of librarians is not only necessary for the sustainable development of the library,but also for the growth and development of librarians themselves.This paper makes an investigation and research on the training of librarians in university libraries in hefei from six parts,through the overall questionnaire survey of nine university libraries and librarians,and the key investigation and analysis of three universities,to understand the current training situation of librarians in university libraries in hefei from a macro perspective.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly explains the background and significance of the research.Based on the literature review,it aims to understand and master the research status quo of the current investigation on the training of university librarians at home and abroad,and systematically sort out the content.It also explains the research methods and ideas in this paper,and puts forward the innovation points of this research.The second part is the theoretical part.This paper expounds the importance of training through the theory of lifelong education,and explains the inspiration to the training of librarians by using the theory of incentive and the theory of learning pathdiagram,which provides the theoretical basis for this research.The third part is the status quo investigation.Mainly adopted the network investigation,questionnaire survey,field visit in hefei area of university library and librarians as investigation object,from the librarians' training organization and management agencies,librarian training plan formulation,the librarians' training form,training content,such as librarians' level of satisfaction,demand for the training to carry out the situation of investigation and analysis,and selected the three different levels school as the key subjects and analyzed.The fourth part is to ask questions.Based on the survey results of the training of university librarians in hefei,this paper,through the analy'sis of the questionnaire data and the combing of the interview content,explores the problems and potential reasons existing in the training of university librarians in hefei from five aspects.The fifth part is to put forward countermeasures.In view of the problems and potential reasons existing in the training of university librarians in hefei area,this paper puts forward some corresponding measures based on the excellent points of the training of university librarians at home and abroad and relevant training theories,so as to promote the better development of university librarians in hefei area.The sixth part is the conclusion.This paper makes a summary of the investigation on the training of librarians in hefei district,and expects that the training of librarians in hefei district university libraries in the future can be carried out better and achieve the expected results,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
