| Presently in the era of information and technology,new software development techniques emerge endlessly,and the software industry is in rapid expansion,the demand from the clients is also improved,which leads more risks to the software companies and customers.The effectiveness of the deployment and execution of the software information would directly affect the development of the companies' business,and it's also the main concern to the software companies.The business requirements are tend to be more complicated,the clients raise their expectation for the quality and effectiveness of the IT projects.The software development projects are continuous,complex,and lack of standardization,and it also means high risky.According to collected information,most of the software companies are still lack of systematic and effective system frames for risk assessment of software development projects.Due to those risk factors,around 90% of the projects fail their initial goals.Therefore,risk management is significant and non-negligible in software development projects.The information technology is widely used in the audit sector,it requires higher capability of the auditors.In conducting audits,the auditors shall audit the factuality,legitimacy of the financial data of the auditees.While the audit business scope expands,the audit standards and principles change,the risks in audits would also increase.In order to further improve the audit firm's competitive advantages,reduce audit risks,and improve the quality and effectiveness of the audits,the auditors should select proper audit procedures and audit approaches,based on the characteristics of client's accounting information system.This thesis showed the present software development process and background,analyzed the project risks,risk coping,risk control and risk management in audit information system development of Y company,also gived the purpose and supporting arguments of the study.Through the analysis of the issues and coping approaches in risk management of audit information system development,this thesis provided a solution for risk identification,risk assessment,risk monitoring and other aspects in software project development.Therefore seeked a more suitable risk management system for Y company in audit information system development,and put it in practice,in order to reduce risks in audit information system development and ensure smooth progress of the project. |
