The Research On Project Risk Management Of Elecommunication Enterprise Information Security System

The project management work of the information security system in telecom enterprise is a very important task. However, in the management work of the information security system telecom enterprises often overlooked the influence of risk management on project progress and quality. Moreover, only the technology is focused on in the construction of information security system project focuses on the techniques while the significance of the risk management is always neglected.Based on consulting quantities of project risk management literature materials, the essay adopts the method of analysis mining and application of practical discussion to explore project risk management theory and classical model; combined with current situation of the project risk management of the information security in telecom enterprise at present, it suggests that telecommunication enterprise project management can be used in the risk management model .---- telecom enterprise information security project risk management TRMM model. Based on the existing model theory and the footland of the project owner ,namely telecom party perspective, the model ,applying the classical risk management model and combining the advantages of its own , provide the mode ,which can be referred to, also operational process and method, and the active management in project life cycle of risk in active management, to improve the issues that the risk management of information security system in the telecom enterprise will face.This research results will be of great value to risk identification and risk assessment , how to deal with and control risks, and how to effectively avoid risks in telecom enterprise information security system project management. Theoretical research combined with practical analysis, this paper concluded that the main conclusion: telecom enterprise as project owner in information security project construction process should be active implementation of risk management, to solve the lack of facing the risk management and other problems, improving project extension, and the present situation of applicability poor; At present ,due to the lack of effective telecom enterprise project risk management solutions, telecom enterprise information security system risk management TRMM model can be as telecom part of risk management of the implementation of the reference model, it can provide a risk management work process and method of reference; TRMM model pays attention to the risk prevention and course control, but many factors can impact of risk management , not only involves risk management itself, but also with other areas of project management ,so the telecom companies need to carry on the omni-directional comprehensive project management to guarantee system project successfully.
