With the continuous development of China's Internet industry and the rapid popularization of 5G network technology in recent years,a series of “We-Media”represented by WeChat public platform have become the most influential and powerful public media in the current society.At the same time,with the strong support of relevant national policies,the scale of China's sports industry is also expanding and optimizing,and in sports media,many excellent and representative sports “We-Media” platforms have been created.This report is based on the hands-on operation experience of a sports animation WeChat public account “Yi zai's 2-D Sports” created by the author,and it summarized the background of establishment,plan of content,period process of operation,ways of propaganda and so on.The author has also combined two representative cases of content to analyze the creative thoughts in the process of actual operation.Then the author thinks that the characteristics of this public account lies on the organic combination of high-quality sports animation works at home and abroad with sports comment,graphic design,short video,sports events and network hot spots so as to achieve the innovative effect of the expression of works.At the same time,the author is also a “deep fan” in the field of sports animation,which can dig out the core of the material more accurately,and grasp the psychological characteristics of the target of audiences so as to create the work that users expect.On the other hand,in view of the difficulties consisting in the operation of “Yi zai's 2-D Sports” WeChat public account,such as the limitation of topic selection,unstable frequency of sending,slow increasing of users,singularity of propaganda and problems in cashing,the author also conducted a targeted thinking,induction and summary for it.In the future operation practice,we should observe and learn the excellent we-media platforms with the same or higher similarity about the contents in this account and find out the gap so as to improve our creativity and innovation ability constantly.In addition,we should also learn to view the sports culture phenomenon from a more macro perspective in the operation practice process.Finally,the author hopes that through this report to help the operators in producing sports animation content on we-media platform.
