The Development And Implementation Of Patient Medical Service System Based On WeChat Platform

With the rapid development and popularization of mobile Internet, WeChat has become the latest, most concerned, most popular mobile Internet applications. WeChat public platform as an important part of the WeChat, its application has penetrated into all areas of social life. Through this platform, businesses and individuals can create WeChat public accounts, and to achieve the full range of communication and interaction with Followers by text, voice, images and video. Meanwhile it is concerned to provide better and more convenient services for followers.In the traditional process of medical treatment of patients, there have difficult patient registration, waiting for a long time, inconvenience and a series of medical problems. Specifically, patients do have little knowledge about hospital doctors and medical procedures; and they often have blindness to registration. After registration, there are often long queues, patients are tired, which is also a waste of time; to get a medical report, they have to wait for a long time; and the patients have to go many departments to get the medical report of different projects, very troublesome. In addition, patients’ communication with the hospital’s is mainly on the field of talking; which forms a problem of "three long, one short" in the process of medical treatment. In order to solve these problems and improve the quality of hospital services, this thesis designed to develop a patient medical service system based on WeChat platform according to the specific needs of the affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College.The key features of the system include:the section introduction, the doctors introduction, appointment registration, examination results of the query, the query queue, message boards, etc. During the development of the system, Sending Message interface, Responsing Message interface and custom menu interface Technology are mainly used on the WeChat public platform and data exchange with the hospital through WebService, the system adopts MVC design patterns and Struts2 technology framework, using Bootstrap front-end development framework and JSP technology in the mobile design page; The verification code technology is used on the login screen system for improving security system.Firstly, according to the needs, analysis of the patient medical service system is based on WeChat platform, the functional modules of the patient medical service system are determined based on the requirements analysis, what is more, architecture and database table structure are designed. Finally the system was implemented through programming, and the implementation process and methods of main features also are described and analysised.
