| In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, diversification of information release forms, and more convenient and quick information publishing, the amount of information grows quickly. Surrounded by massive data, access to information is very convenient, but you still need to pay some time and effort to get useful and valuable information. As one of the main places for people to obtain information, libraries are obliged to provide them with information that users need. And Wechat, as the product of the mobile Internet era, has become the most popular mobile instant messaging software in Asia. With the widely used of Wechat public platform in various enterprises and organizations, many public libraries also apply for accounts to provide library services through Wechat platforms.In the Sports College, the users mainly are teachers and students. They urgently need services personalized sports information. Teachers need to complete the task of teaching and research; they also need to transform the new sports theory and its development into teaching and research topics. As of student users, they want to know more about major-related sports information. Since students in sports colleges spend most time and energy spent on physical training, it is seldom for them to take the initiative to use the library to obtain information. So the sport of college library should implement active service instead of passive service. The traditional "people looking for resources" service mode is increasingly unable to meet the growing user demand, they would prefer to have a" resource coming to people" kind of service. Therefore, how to use data mining techniques to dig out valuable information from massive data in libraries, provide personalized information recommendation services to sports colleges users, improve reader satisfaction, is an urgent problem in the field.Firstly, this paper introduces the development of personalized services and mobile instant messaging services of domestic and foreign libraries, analyzes the problems currently faced by personalized library service. At the same time, it introduces the basic theory of mobile instant messaging, Wechat and recommended methods, as well as role and significance of personalized library service.Then, questionnaire surveys are used to gather basic information and information needs of teachers and students from Sports College, and analysis are conducted to identify the differences of information needs between teachers and students from Sports College and that from other universities. According to analysis of these characteristics and existing sports colleges library Wechat platforms, their problems is summarized. Based on these problems and the corresponding solutions are put forward, including both theoretical strategy and empirical methods. Finally, the paper summarizes the work, and the prospect of further work.From the perspective of specific information needs of Sports College Students and faculty, this paper, with a library and Wechat combination method, not only perfects Sports College Library service model, but also propose an optimization method of WeChat library services and provides reference to Sports College libraries. |
