Research On The Archives Management Of Industrial Enterprises Based On The High Quality Development In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China has entered a new era of high-quality development.This shows that China's economic development will change from high-speed growth to high-quality development.In order to adapt to China's economic development from extensive quantitative growth to refined quality development,the focus of China's economic work should be shifted from "total amount" and "growth" to "quality" and "efficiency".As far as China's industrial enterprises are concerned,they should pursue and focus on high quality and high efficiency.Under the new background of high-quality development in China,the enterprise file management service,which provides decision-making basis for the production and operation activities of enterprises,urgently needs to sort out the reality and shortcomings of the enterprise file management service.Based on the research and exploration of the new era of high-quality development,we will better improve the level of file management,provide high-quality file services for industrial enterprises,and better support the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.This paper takes the archives management of industrial enterprises as the research object.Through literature review and field investigation,it combs out the current situation and shortcomings of the archives management of industrial enterprises in China,probes into the direction of efforts of the archives management service of industrial enterprises in the new era of high-quality development in China,and puts forward countermeasures.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research content,methods and innovation points.The second chapter is an overview of the archives management of industrial enterprises.First of all,it points out the new requirements of high-quality development and the new era of electronic file management for the file management service of industrial enterprises,and then explains the current situation of the file management of industrial enterprises.The third chapter is the problems existing in the archives management of industrial enterprises.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the archives management of industrial enterprises in China,mainly including the following five aspects: the management thinking needs to be further changed,the management system needs to be further improved,the quality of archives data needs to be further improved,the management mode needs to be further innovated,and the knowledge structure of managers needs to be further improved.The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement strategy.Including the concept of archives management,management system,management mode,technology and management personnel.The fifth chapter is summary and prospect.Based on the literature review and research,some discussions in this paper may not be comprehensive.After the future work,it is necessary to study the problems in the enterprise archives work in a more in-depth and systematic way,and find more targeted solutions.
