| Along with the society progress and the rapid developm ent of science and technology, the computer network technol ogy and computer storage technology have been developing maturely gradually, computer technology has played an important role in every aspect of social life.Archives management is an es sential part of daily m anagement work in government offices. In the past, the manner of the archives management of our county is total manual management. This m anagement mode is suitab le for the app lication environment in that the data quantity is less and the data structure is onefold. But for the nowaday application environment in which th e data quantity is m assive and the data structure is complex, this management mode is no longer appropriate evidently because of those shortages of itself, such as low e fficiency, poor security and so on. In addition, this management mode has the problem s like high additional cost and low maintainability because of the excess usage of papers. The above shows a fact that it is inevitable to abandon the traditional m anagement mode and apply the com puter management system in archives management work.The aim of this d issertation is to resea rch and accomplish of a system that is suitable for the archives m anagement work of High-Tech Zone Industrial P ark Management Committee. Compared with the traditional management mode, this system has the absolute advantages such as the la rge amount of data storage, high retrieval speed, and high secu rity, low cost and so on, and these advantages w ill improve the work efficiency and m anagement level of the archives m anagement work of the management committee greatly. The m ain research contents of this dissertation are as follows:1. The investigation and arrangem ent analysis of the actual o peration process and business process for archives m anagement work of High-Tech Zone Industrial Park Management Committee. It includes the detail operation process and operation standard for all the processes such as the collection, the arrangement, the conserve, the setting of encryption level, the setting of access authority and the destruction of archives.2. The design and accomplishm ent of this system by the applying of the theory of software reengineering. Firstly, this dissertation accomplishes the requirement analysis according to the actu al operation processes of the arch ives management work of High-Tech Zone Industrial Park Management Committee; Secondly, it accomplishes the detail functions design, modul es design, data structure desi gn and database design on the base of the above requirem ent analysis; Finally, it accom plishes the coding work and testing work of this system on the base of the above design.3. The research of accom plishment technology and architectu re. This system applies the MVC three-layer ar chitecture and B/S(Br owser/Server) mode. This architecture allows the user to access the system through the browser directly, it can reduce the development workload, and it benef its the expansion of the system in the future. For the program ming technology, this system applies the object-oriented(O O) programming technology and.NET Fra mework of Microsoft. Definitely, it uses the ASP.NET- C# as the development language. With the year’s im provement, from version 1.0 to nowaday version 3.5, ASP.NET has become a very stable and reliable development technology. |
