Study On Protection And Development Modes Of Bankrupt Enterprise Archives

The bankrupt enterprise archive is the witness of the history of industrial development and the vicissitude of social life.It undertakes the important mission of preserving social memory and inheriting the industrial civilization.Since China's reform and opening up,the change of enterprise assets and property right is becoming normal.Due to the policy is difficult to implement and the insufficient fund,bankrupt enterprise archives loss seriously.It is hard to realize the value of archives as well as continue the historical memory and the national culture.Concepts and basic theories are first introduced in this thesis.Such as the concepts of bankrupt enterprise,bankrupt enterprise archive and protected and development modes of archives.The thesis gives out a general explanation for the archival value theory,the paradigm theory of Kuhn,and the social memory theory.Then the thesis takes Jiangsu province as a case study for status of bankrupt enterprise archive management.Such as the archive quantity,the type,the processing flow,and supporting policies.It is obvious that there is a huge amounts of bankrupt enterprise archives in Jiangsu Province,but archives loss seriously,the processing flow need to be standardized.At the same time,the supporting policies are becoming a system gradually,and the maturity coordination and supervision mechanism comes out.The subject and object of archive value were changed after bankruptcy.Referring to theoretical theories such as archives value theory,paradigm theory of Kuhn and social memory theory,the value of bankruptcy enterprise archives can be summarized into three levels according to the difficulty of being recognized and realized:evidence value,memory value and identification value.All localities can prejudge the value based on the local archives resources and focus on the value assessment to focus on the more prominent one of the three values,and further carry out the protection and development of bankrupt enterprise archives.The thesis will be based on value differentiation,which is the corresponding file protection and development model for the design of the three values,and discusses the application and implementation path of the model,and analysis of the feasibility of three case analysis models:Nanjing Archives,Suzhou Business and Archives Management Center and Changzhou Archives Expo Center.Finally,taking the Hailing District of Taizhou as an example,proceeding from the actual situation of the local bankruptcy enterprise's file preservation and management,and combining the previous conclusions,based on the analysis of the archives value,it is suitable for the phased protection and development of the local bankrupt enterprise archives.Model to discuss its current work and future direction.
