| With the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives Business" that "accelerates the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,the implementation of the newly revised archives law,and the urgent need to deepen the management of archives according to law,and improve the ability and level of archives management",the globalization of enterprises Under the pressure of competition,the demand for enterprise archives is increasing day by day,so it is urgent to formulate a development strategy for enterprise archives informatization to provide high-quality and efficient services for enterprise archives.CB Archives is the archives of a large state-owned manufacturing enterprise in China,which has a long history and owns many subsidiaries and research institutes,and is rich in archival information resources.Therefore,exploring the development strategy of CB archives' archives informatization in the period of the 14 th five-year plan also has important reference significance for other enterprises.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical basis,namely chapter 1 and chapter 2.First of all,the paper analyzes the background and significance of the enterprise archives informatization.The challenges brought by the new technology represented by big data and artificial intelligence to the enterprise development need the macro background of archival work advancing with The Times and the micro background of the industry development demand.Secondly,the specific research methods of this paper are determined by studying the current research situation at home and abroad,which lays a foundation for subsequent research.Finally,the paper defines the concept of archives informatization and enterprise archives informatization,combs the enterprise strategic management theory and electronic document life cycle theory.The second part is environmental analysis,that is chapter 3.Firstly,the paper analyzes the basic situation of CB archives and the progress of archives informatization through investigation and research.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to draw the conclusion that CB archives has internal advantages of leading party construction and rich archive resources.Internal disadvantages of incremental electronization to be promoted and archive service to be improved;The important opportunities of digital transformation of archives work,the external advantages of the urgent need for the construction of enterprise archives management system,and the external disadvantages influenced by the multiple factors such as infrastructure,geographical location and information security involved in the information of CB archives.The third part is strategy formulation,namely chapter 4 and chapter 5.Firstly,based on the analysis of the above part,the guiding ideology of the development of CB archives information is determined.Secondly,by using comparative research method,the paper puts forward that CB archives should promote the construction of archive information resource base,accelerate the construction of archive information sharing platform,and strengthen technological innovation and system innovation as the development goals and tasks of archive information,and puts forward key measures including "SO","WO","ST" and "WT" according to SWOT analysis model.Finally,the system standard guarantee,management mechanism guarantee,talent team guarantee,material basis guarantee and technical condition guarantee are formulated to guarantee the effective implementation of CB archives information development strategy. |
