The Study On The Factors Of Service Quality Of Open Government Data Platform

The government has rich data resources covering all areas of the society.The arrival of the big data era will certainly promotes the government to open government data from the government information disclosure.At the same time,with the progress of the society and the development of The Times,The public's data awareness and social demand are also gradually improved,and the requirements for the quality of open government data are increasingly higher.The construction of open government data platform is the key to promote the open government data.Among them,as an important part of platform construction,the high-quality service provided by the open government data platform can improve the public's trust in the data open platform and the government,improve the data utilization efficiency,stimulate the public's innovation ability,so as to realize the true meaning of open data.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of the service quality of open government data platform has great significance and value for improving the service quality of the platform.This study firstly elaborated the origin,development and current situation of open government data,summarized the domestic and foreign research on government data opening platform and e-government website,and introduced the relevant concepts,theories and service quality theoretical models of open government data platform.On the basis of referring to the existing research results,this study constructed a hypothesis model of influencing factors of service quality of open government data platform,and took the quality of data content,platform openness,caring,ease of use and technical guarantee as influencing factors of service quality of open government data platform.In the empirical part,this study took the Shanghai public data open platform as the research object,tested the hypothesis model by means of network questionnaire survey,and used SPSS19.0 to conduct reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the obtained data.The results of the analysis prove that the quality of data content,the openness of the platform,the solicitude,the ease of use and the technical guarantee all have significant positive effects on the service quality of the open government data platform,that is,the five research hypotheses proposed in this study are all valid.From the regression analysis results showed that five factors as explanatory variables can well explain the open government data platform service quality's change,and the influence factors on the quality of the open government data platform services at different levels,from big to small in turn is: quality of the data content,platforms,openness,ease of use,care and technical support.According to the analysis results of the empirical study,this study puts forward Suggestions to improve the service quality of open government data platform: Firstly,we should ensure the content quality of open data,improve the accuracy and consistency of open data,expand the coverage of data on the platform,and timely update the data;Secondly,we should improve the openness of open government data platform,enrich data format,and ensure that the public can download,use and disseminate unlimited data.At the same time,we should optimize the function of the platform and improve the usability of the open government data platform.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the communication and interaction between the government and the public,improve personalized services,and pay attention to the technical support of the platform.At the end of the research,the study summarized the research conclusion and the insufficiency,proposed the research prospect.
