With the rapid development of China's economy in the past thirty years,the bank as the core of modern economy is also developing rapidly.To a certain extent,information technology has become the lifeline of modern banks.In order to meet the various needs of bank customers,the complexity of bank software project is more and more high.And the banks own characteristics require that they should have a higher standard of safety and reliability compared to other areas of software projects.A small defect of bank software may lead to a huge loss of the customer and the bank.Therefore,it is very important to control the number of bank software defects.Based on the related theory of organization process management,this paper discusses the function and significance of organization process management to the improvement of software enterprise and organization,and introduces the CMMI process improvement model.After studying the CMMI model,the requirements of CMMI4 defect management,and the mathematical statistics theory,this paper makes a deep research on the defect quantification and management process of ZH bank based on the "quantitative management level" in CMMI fourth grade,and summarizes the detailed methods and concrete steps of the defect quantification in the software development process of ZH bank.These methods and steps finally form a management model.In the end,this paper analyzes the effect of defect quantification management through the application of an actual project in the ZH bank,and sums up the common problems and implementation of experience.At the same time,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions about the implementation process of defect quantification management.The research results of this paper indicate that the use of defect quantification management model can effectively improve the ability of the organization,improve the quality of software products and customer satisfaction.In the process of software development,the establishment of the defect prediction model is the precondition of the defect quantification management.Using the defect quantification prediction model,organization defect baseline,Monte Carlo simulation,and project characteristics,can establish unique quality and process performance objective for each project,and can predict the number of software defects in each sub process of software development.Meanwhile,we can find out the problem in advance,perceive risk and predict target,and adjust the project plan in a timely manner to ensure the realization of project goal,through the way of quantitative prediction.
