A Study Of T Company’s Project Development Process

This paper takes T Company as the research object. The T Company is in the initialstage, software development is lack of standardization and supervision, the problemurgent the guidance of theory and practical data support.Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a management method widelyused in software industry, provides the framework of software projectmanagement, process and quality of software development projects. At the sametime, from the five Project Management process to monitor and control theproject evaluation.CMMI theory is applied to the software development department, the technicalindicators of customer care indicators and software establish the association, and toquantify the statistics, and from other projects, a reasonable interval index. In the actualoperation of the project, through the analysis and statistics of the index data, andpredict the development trend of the project, the potential risks. At the same time, basedon the accumulated data of the project, in turn, optimization model, improve themodel’s reliability and accuracy. To provide a set of software development processesand performance evaluation of T Company basis, to ensure the software delivery intime, reduce the software defect rate.
