Research On Quantitative Of Software Project Based On CMMI

In recent years,the constantly development of software industry,has encountered the domestic software companies start realizing that,to be able to compete in the market,will need to improve the process management of software project and self-development ability.CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)is better and better recognized by domestic software industry,becoming a standard of classifying the level of maturation of a software company.CMMI provides to the enterprises a series of mature theories of software project management,and some best possible experience would be gained in the execution of project.This will be indicating the enterprises to constantly improve the management ability of software development,through constantly improving the progress of software development,therefore to meet the goal of assuring product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.The main content of CMMI is to quantitatively manage quality of project progress,thus to satisfy the enterprise' requirement of better and more detail management process.Process ability baseline and prediction module are the core content of the quantitative management,these will help the enterprise to understand the process ability of themselves,provide precise evidence of data management,thus it means significantly to the study of quantitative management of software project,and the applications of the actual projects.The thesis summarized a series of workable methods of quantitative management of software project,this is based on the study of ability module of CMMI,and the practice of company's projects.Through collecting the data of project process and quality,managing and analyzing the data through control panel and other quality management techniques.Applying with the regression method of statistics,to build the corresponding quantitative management module and process ability baseline.At the same time,apply the quantitative management methods to the practice of company software projects.Through establishing the goal of quantitative management,analyze the key processes of influences of the goal of project,then by applying the prediction management module,through predicting the implementation level of goal of project,to establish the solution plan of influences of quality of project,monitoring data of goal of project,analyze and control,therefore to assure the implementation of project goal,assure project to be successfully executed,to determine the feasibility of methods.Through the application of quantitative management methods in the project,to be able to predict the feasibility of every goal,and the possible problems in the process,provide the foundation of decision timely and accurately to the manager.This will lead significantly enhancement of controlling and managing ability to the project process.
