Evaluation Of Public Library Wechat Public Platform Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

Today's global technology is increasingly advanced,and the mobile Internet has become a topic of common concern for the entire society and even all humanity.New electronic products based on this kind of technology are increasingly being updated,and corresponding mobile application software has also hit the global market in large numbers,and the intelligent electronic era has arrived.As the most widely used mobile application,WeChat has accumulated a huge user network based on Tencent QQ.In a few years,it has become the mobile communication tool with the largest number of users and the most extensive range of applications.One of its functional features is the public platform.Most of the social organizations such as enterprises,government departments,hospitals,universities,banks,television stations and other media fields have opened their own public numbers.Many large domestic libraries have also opened up a WeChat public platform to build a new communication bridge for readers.The procedure for establishing an account is simple,but it is not easy to do a full range of services.As all kinds of libraries are still in the initial stage of exploration,the awareness of various aspects of functional services is still not mature,and thus various types of services emerge.problem.In the face of different types of problems and phenomena,it is important to study them from a new perspective,analyze the causes,formulate relevant solutions,and establish a comprehensive evaluation system.This paper analyzes the operation of domestic micro-environmental libraries at provincial and municipal levels.After reviewing the relevant literature research and learning the corresponding methodologies,the author proposes the concept of establishing a new evaluation system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the corresponding index weights.Based on the evaluation model of a public library's WeChat platform,the author finally conducted an empirical evaluation of some public libraries in the three provinces of Guangdong based on the process characteristics of the model.The research idea of the article is derived from the comparison and analysis of relevant data and the safety guarantee of relevant data.The reasoning is calculated through the reliable data processed by professional software,and an effective conclusion is obtained.Finally,the problems existing in the public libraries in the three provinces in East China were found,the reasons were analyzed,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
