Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Digital Cultural Services In Public Libraries

When culture prospers,the country prospers.When culture is strong,the country becomes strong.Culture is the backbone of the construction of human civilization.China attaches great importance to the construction of culture,and the central government proposes to build a strong socialist culture.With the advent of the digital age,the public has a higher and higher demand for spiritual culture,making cultural services and construction gradually integrate with the digital network.The basic functions of public libraries include the preservation of human cultural resources.In order to participate in digital cultural services,public libraries need to play their social functions actively,and digitize,protect and utilize cultural resources to meet the increasingly vigorous cultural needs of the public.The development of digital cultural services in public libraries is an important measure for the innovative development and transformation of traditional culture.Digital cultural services of public libraries rely on information technology to integrate and create cultural resources and provide multi-level,multi-angle and multi-source cultural services to the public.In order to realize the digital supply of public library cultural services and improve the efficiency of digital cultural services,it is necessary to evaluate the performance of digital cultural services in public libraries.Due to the public library in the process of digital culture service to integrate resources,innovative content,intelligent facilities and associated activities such as service content,its performance evaluation work is complicated,the influence factors of digital culture of public library service performance,perspective and method of assessment for different choices,get the evaluation results and the optimization countermeasures will be different.This paper takes the performance evaluation of digital cultural services in public libraries as the research object.First of all,on the current performance evaluation of public library's digital culture service at home and abroad,summarized the related research focus in the summary,analysis of the existing public library service performance evaluation research of the digital culture,expounds on the theoretical and practical significance of performance evaluation,combing the public library digital cultural connotation,characteristics,form,service status and performance evaluation of digital culture connotation and essence of the content such as,suggests that the public library is one of the main body involved indigital culture service,its digital culture and traditional culture services exist a certain differences.Secondly,based on the idea and principle of index system construction,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the index system of digital cultural service performance evaluation in public libraries.From digital culture service personnel,for the digital culture service,service facilities,digital culture,digital culture service resources,service activities of digital culture,digital culture service effect six aspects on the influence factors of public library's digital culture service performance analysis,on the basis of the established through variation coefficient method from the Angle of input and output of public library service performance evaluation index system of the digital culture.Finally,31 provincial public libraries in China as the empirical object,using the factor analysis method to dimension of input and output indicators,convert the factor score will be calculated in data envelopment analysis(DEA)model,the performance evaluation index data,according to the results of measurement evaluation model to analyze China's 31 provincial public library digital culture service performance level,and put forward improvement for the existing problems in the public library service performance of the digital culture strategy,and enhance the competitiveness of China's public library digital culture service.
