Research On Knowledge Service Performance Evaluation Of University Library Based On Knowledge Grid

The 21 st century is an era of rapid development of the knowledge economy,and people's demand for knowledge resources is increasing.As a gathering place of knowledge resources,university libraries are self-evident in the importance of their knowledge services.With the new information technology revolution allowing knowledge resources to efficiently generate new knowledge in a shared manner,the traditional knowledge service system of university libraries can no longer meet the needs of today's society,especially college students who are in the learning stage.Applying the knowledge grid technology to the knowledge service of university libraries,the knowledge grid takes advantage of its integration and forms a highly integrated knowledge resource processing system after the scattered knowledge resources are annotated based on the semantic web.Let users get a flexible,extensible and easy-to-use knowledge service framework,thereby changing the way of knowledge services and improving the quality of knowledge services.However,how to further improve the quality of knowledge services in colleges and universities requires the construction of a knowledge grid-based performance evaluation system for knowledge services in college libraries that fully reflects the quality of knowledge services in colleges and universities and finds specific influencing factors.Therefore,the research on knowledge service performance evaluation of university libraries based on knowledge grid has practical significance.Based on the review of knowledge grid-based knowledge service research and knowledge service performance evaluation research of libraries at home and abroad,this paper combs the related theoretical studies of knowledge grid and knowledge service,and discusses the knowledge grid technology for college library knowledge The service promotion function expounds the meaning of knowledge service performance and performance evaluation of university libraries.According to the above research,combined with the actual situation of college libraries and expert opinions,based on the realization process of knowledge service performance of college libraries,the paper summarizes the impact factors of knowledge service performance of college libraries based on knowledge grid.And according to the actual knowledge service work production logic implementation path,the input index is a controllable impact factor.Therefore,this paper uses factor analysis to screen input indicators.Finally,a systematic and scientific knowledge grid performance evaluation system for university libraries was established.And selected 38 "985" university library empirical research,using the data envelopment method of CCR model and BBC model to statically analyze the knowledge service efficiency of college libraries based on knowledge grid in 2017,Malmquist index analysis dynamic analysis from 2014 to 2017 based on Knowledge service efficiency of the school library based on knowledge grid.It is concluded that 52.6% of college libraries' knowledge service technology and scale based on knowledge grids are effective at the same time,so resource allocation is also reasonable and resource utilization is effective.The remaining 47.4% of college libraries have problems in resource utilization and distribution,and need to adjust the input-output efficiency to achieve the best state.Moreover,the total factor productivity of knowledge service based on knowledge grid of 38 "985" college libraries in 2014-2017 showed a downward trend,and the technical regression was the main reason.Therefore,38 university libraries need to keep up with the rapidly developing social environment and improve management.Finally,on the basis of the analysis results,it puts forward relevant suggestions for the knowledge service of college libraries based on the relevant grid of knowledge network.
