Digital resources are important to college as necessary literature resources. The fund consumed in digital resources is increasing year by year, so it is important to evaluate the digital resources. Analyzed some digital resources evaluation indicators at home and abroad, chose 7 appropriate indicators with good maneuverability, indicators were about usage, quantity, quality, expenses and so on. The digital resources of 12 subjects in 8 databases in Dalian University of Technology were evaluated by data development analysis.The digital resources construction is subject to the level of every subject's development in college, but most people evaluated the performance of databases or the whole digital resources of libraries. In this paper, digital resources were evaluated by subjects using data envelopment analysis, getting the integrate efficiency, technical efficiency and return to scale of 12 subjects.Using data envelopment analysis model C2R and BC2 to evaluate the digital resources divided 12 subjects into 3 categories:integrate effective subjects, not integrate but technical effective subjects and not technical effective subjects. The performance of 6 integrate effective subjects were best; the performance of 3 not integrate but technical effective subjects were good, but their scales were a little too large, since the digital resources funds were increasing these years, the digital resources of integrate effective subjects should be increased in priority; the performance of 3 not technical effective subjects were not good, the digital resources of these 3 subjects should be adjusted or publicized to increase the usage.The digital resources performance of Physics and Computer were analyzed. AIP was used a lot and contain many valuable resources, but its cost was expensive comparing other databases, so increase publicity to increase usage; ACM was used little, but it contain many valuable resources and it is not expensive, so increase publicity to increase usage too. The performance of Wiley-Blackwell was not good, analyzing its usage statistics found that its usage focus on few journals. Actually there were many valuable resources in Wiley-Blackwell, so increase publicity to increase usage, and there should be big space to increase.
