Research On The Changes Of The Media Presentation And Framework Of People's Daily Chunyun Report

Chunyun is a special phenomenon in the social and economic life since China's reform and opening up,which is related to the vital interests of millions of people.In the past ten years,under the influence of the economic and social transformation,the change of government management ideas,the change of social structure and the cultural feelings of Chinese citizens,the image of Chunyun has been constantly changing.The People's Daily is the first to cover the Spring Festival travel rush.Although it seems to be a regular report each year,actually,it contains a series of functions such as reflecting reality,coordinating social relations and recording the development of the times.Based on the theory of news framework,this paper applied the content analysis and text analysis,and selected the paper edition of the People's Daily and its report about 2009-2019 Chunyun on its Weibo as research samples.First of all,it combs and reproduces the basic characteristics of the paper report about Chunyun framework.It was found that the paper edition of People's Daily attached great importance to the issue of the Chunyun,occupying the front of the page.The number of relative reports had increased in the early stage,and dropped after reaching the peak in 2014.The theme of the report was balanced and comprehensive,the development of transportation technology and the improvement of travel service were the most concerned.The sources of information are diverse,mainly from the transportation and related government departments.The report genre is dominated by news reportings,and news commentary is emerging.The attitude of these reports have been positive for a long time.There were few photos appeared in reports,and the format of these photos were mainly photojournalism.Secondly,by comparing the similarities and differences between the "@ people's Daily" and the paper reports,it was found that both of them maintained high originality.While,the news sources and reporting methods of "@ People's Daily" were more diversified,but with the influence of the number and theme of reports,there were no linkage communication effect between the "people's Daily" and its paper version.The study divided the reporting framework of the Chunyun into five frameworks of fact,attribution,human sentiment,conflict and countermeasures,respectively to describe the general situation and policies,summarize the factors affecting the travel,reflect the return journey and humanistic care,show the problems and difficulties,and alleviate the travel difficulties during the Chunyun.At the same time,this paper studied the media image of specific people in the current report,including railway workers,migrant workers,grass-roots police,volunteer groups.After that,from four perspectives of politics and policy,economic development,cultural psychology and media social responsibility,this study analyzed the reasons for the formation and evolution of the Chunyun report framework of People's Daily.Finally,in view of the problems,which exists in People's Daily's report on the Chunyun,such as the emphasis on publicity rather than communication,stereotype of the main image construction,and insufficient thinking of media integration,it provided strategic guidance from three perspectives of discourse supervision,expression and transformation,in order to provide reference for the industry to better report the Chunyun from the perspective of news editing,and provide suggestions for the government's decision-making at the macro level,so as to create good opinion environment and help to alleviate the problems.
