<People's Daily> Analysis Of The Report On Xinjiang(2014/2018)

From 28 to 29 May 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping hosted the second Central working Forum on Xinjiang in Beijing,which reviewed the work of the Central people's Republic of China since the 2010 Central working Forum on Xinjiang.The main idea and development direction of the future work in Xinjiang are indicated,and the present and future work in Xinjiang are fully deployed.The contents of the meeting closely revolved around the general goal of Xinjiang's work,correctly guided the religious system to adapt to the construction of socialist system,firmly set up the correct view of the motherland,and the view of the nation and so on.People's Daily,as the organ of the CPC Central Committee,made a positive response to the meeting.During the second Central work Symposium in Xinjiang,in addition to covering the contents of the forum,it also increased the scope,strength and depth of the central government's coverage of the work arrangements in Xinjiang,and worked in social stability and long-term stability,ethnic unity,and religious work.Social issues such as people's livelihood and other issues to give high attention to highlight the political height of the party newspaper and social responsibility awareness.Xinjiang is the main artery connecting East and West politics,economy,transportation,culture and trade.Xinjiang is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the world.Taking the general goal of Xinjiang work as the core,speeding up economic construction,improving people's livelihood,and resolutely winning the fight against poverty are the only way to develop the "Belt and Road" economic construction in Xinjiang.This paper selects the second Central Xinjiang work Symposium as a time point to further investigate the characteristics of People's Daily's reports on Xinjiang since the second Central Xinjiang Symposium.From the point of view of news and communication,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of Xinjiang report by using the analysis method of combining content and literature,and makes an investigation from the aspects of news type,reporting skills,communication function and orientation,and so on.In order to highlight the newspaper since the second central work forum in Xinjiang reflected the concept of reporting,the tendency of news value,so as to better understand the central mainstream media portrayed Xinjiang image.On the basis of chart form and data presentation,this paper summarizes the content,characteristics and value of news dissemination in Xinjiang,and summarizes the work of Xinjiang since the second Central Conference on work in Xinjiang.< People's Daily > the general trend of reporting in Xinjiang.Based on People's Daily's coverage of Xinjiang report,this paper further discusses the communication skills and strategies,communication function and orientation of the report on Xinjiang by People's Daily,hoping to give some reference and enlightenment to the news media at all levels.Also hope in the future Xinjiang foreign propaganda,image shaping and other aspects play a guiding role.
