| With the widespread application of the internet and new technologies such as 5G and IPv6,human society has entered a new stage of “The Internet of Things(Io T)”.The Io T will become an important development area for strategic emerging industries.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,promoting new technologies such as the Io T and cultivating new driving forces have become national strategies.Currently,the Io T is embracing powerful development opportunities.Although the internet of things has brought unlimited business opportunities for enterprises,but there still have many uncertain risks during the project implementation,especially the complex and diverse environment for the Io T project construction,coupled with human factors such as student syndrome,etc.,a large part of safety time is often reserved for the project's construction period,however,project delays may still occur.To some extent,the key chain technology provides an effective project progress management,which estimates the construction period according to 50% completion probability,and to deal with the uncertainty in the process of project implementation by setting a buffer zone;it also solves the resource constraints those are not considered in the traditional project management methods,so that the estimated project duration conforms with the actual construction time of the Io T project and make sure the minimum total project duration.Based on the systematic method of project progress management,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application of key chain method in the progress management of Io T projects and its application in practice.By studying the research status of the key chain technology worldwide,the characteristics of company C's Io T project,and the status and existing problems in the planning and control of project progress management are analyzed,A model of Io T project progress management based on key chain is proposed,and then the key chain technology model was introduced into the implementation of the W Project of company C,through the comparison of the project duration calculated by traditional project management methods,truly and objectively verified the scientificity and effectiveness of the critical chain management technology in shortening the project duration,schedule control,etc. |
