The Application Research Of Program Resources Scheduling Based On Critical Chain In Broadcast&TV Industry

With the rapid progress of technology and the development of market economy, more and more enterprises have been or are being faced with program management and project resource scheduling and allocation problem, in which the core project management is the project resource scheduling and allocation. In resource limited or constrained conditions, and ensure the pre schedule and project group of more effective, need to project, project process resource scheduling and optimization, so as to realize the enterprise’s overall interests.Research on project resource scheduling and allocation of the scholars, especially for resource scheduling based on critical chain project group, but there are still some defects. In this paper, by analyzing and summarizing the previous theory and method of scheduling and allocation of project group, and puts forward to build the cluster resource scheduling model project: first use the punitive function implementation of priority to the project group strategy for sorting, priority in the allocation of resources between determine project; then use the critical chain theory and optimize the allocation of project activities resources, especially the new logic relation factor of original project process, the project process for resource allocation and Optimization in the dual constraints of resources and the logical relations, more enterprises with real project implementation; finally, the cluster resource scheduling of radio and television industry project as a concrete case to analyze and resource scheduling, and the project implementation progress of the simulation and comparison with Monte Carlo method to Crystal Ball software, further verify the feasibility and resource scheduling model is constructed in this paper. I build project resource scheduling model, mainly is the dual constraints of resources and the critical chain based on logic. The model and method is more in line with the actual situation of project implementation, has better operability and practical value.
