Research On Evaluation Of Cable Tv Enterprise Transformation Capability In The Context Of"Convergence Media"

At present,the development of media convergence has become the internal engine that drives the transformation and upgrading of Chinese economy.Thus,it becomes an important issue that need to be urgently solved by our cable TV enterprise,to find breakthroughs in market and organization and seek a way-out for the improvement of cable TV transformation development.There has already been many researches about the industry competitiveness and regulation of Chinese cable TV,yet there is few studies on the evaluation of cable TV transformation ability.Most researches of which has used SWOT as its research method,and it is more like an attempt or innovation to the discussion of cable TV transformation development,yet has not been able to raise a transformation evaluation system for reference by cable TV enterprise which is integrated,standard and authoritative.In order to study the current development status of cable TV enterprise transformation capability,find out the common probl ems and personality problems of transformation and development,and put forward targeted recommendations to the enterprise,it is urgent to evaluate the cable TV transformation capability based on scientific theories and methods.First of all,on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign research and policy,this paper analyzes the necessity of the transformation for the traditional cable TV enterprise,takes the dynamic competitiveness,the core competence theory and the diversification theory as guidance,takes five abilities as reference,which is enviromental propulsion capacity,economic development capacity,technological innovative capacity,transformation support capacity and resource integration capacity,thus establishes an index database on cable TV transformation evaluation in the context of Convergence Media.The Delphi method is used to screen the evaluation factor layer of transformation ability,the AHP method is used to calculate the 8weightiness,and fuzzy synthetic evaluation methodis used to construct the evaluation model of cable TV transformation ability.Secondly,the experts evaluate Wasu Media based on the constructed evaluation index system with a result score of 82.8038,which is between excellent and good.Then,takes Wasu Media as a sample to make parallel comparisons with Jiangsu cable TV and CATV networks.Finally,find problems according to the low score index,raise five aspects of proposal on system optimization,which is enviromental propulsion capacity,economic development capacity,technological innovative capacity,transformation support capacity and resource integration capacity.And promote enterprise benign development by mechanism and profit improvement,improve the synergy and technological innovation of investment and operation.Grasp the autonomy of core knowledge and user orientation,control the initiative of integrated Internet market and industry alliance,make resource integration.
