Open source software is usually defined as a software whose source code can be used by the public,and the use,modification and distribution of this software is not subject to licensing restrictions.Open source software which first appeared in the 1970s,has gone through decades of development.In the operating system,compiler tool chain,database,server and mobile side open source software have outstanding works,has become a power which can't be ignored in the current computer and software industry,and It is of great significance for the computer and software industry.Open source software has now been deeply penetrated into the current social life and work in various fields,and it affect people's daily lives from different aspects and angles.In recent years,the development of open source software is more and more quickly,many IT enterprises tend to use open source software to shorten the development cycle,reduce development costs.This paper mainly through the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the open source software and commercial software,combine the domestic current situation of the open source software development,using project management related theory,analyze the process of how the open source software transform into company product.Through the research of staffing,capital investment and technical reserves,risk assessment which in process of transformation of the open source software,find out the various influence factors in the process of open source software transform into the company product.Through the analysis and research of these factors,we build a set of evaluation index system which is used for judging whether it is feasible that transform open source software into company product.At last,through the company's actual projects,we used analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and verify the evaluation index system,which can prove the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation index system.This paper mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of open source software and closed source software,combined with the development of domestic open source software,use of engineering management theory to analyze how the enterprise convert open source software into the company's products.Through the research on the software scale,technology resource allocation,conversion period,R&D risk and market environment in the process of open source software transformation,the factors influencing the process of converting open source software into company's products are determined and a set of evaluation index system which used to evaluation feasible or not of convert open source software into the company's products.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of converting the open source software into the company's products by using the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method,and evaluates the influence weight of the influencing factors on the converting the open source software into the company's products.Through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate evaluation index system of converting the open source software into the company's product,and build a fuzzy evaluation model of converting open source software into a company's product.Finally,through the company's actual project,apply analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the evaluation index system of converting the open source software into the company's product,to prove that the evaluation index system is feasibility and practicality.
