| With the deepening of the new media convergence trend,an increasing number of traditional media actively adapt themselves to the information technology and media development while working hard to strengthen the integration of resources,optimizing the industrial structure and layout,thinking highly of the user’s in-depth participation and interaction,and comprehensively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry.During the process of promoting the integration and transformation of the existing personnel,the confrontations like how to promote the performance management of TV media talents to adapt to the new media environment,to develop the formation of integration of the development of traditional television and new media management concept,talent structure,performance appraisal and training mechanism,and to build a new evaluation system accustomed to the development of media integration are problems many traditional media are trying to think about and solve.Adhering to the logic mode of problem discovery,analysis and solution,this thesis,with the SM company as its subject,used interviews and performance satisfaction questionnaire,analyzed its current situation of performance management in a comprehensive way and discussed the pros and cons of the practice of performance management.Starting from the media convergence environment,the thesis tries to explore and improve its existing performance management system so as to make the performance management play its due role in its integration,development,transformation and upgrading.Firstly,this paper set its theoretical framework by summarizing domestic and foreign scholars’ research on “performance management”,“media convergence” etc.Secondly,based on the analysis of the impact of new media development on the traditional media enterprises,the paper concludes that the impact of the new media management results in the emergence of performance management in the emerging media environment,and analyzes the setting basis and conditions of performance evaluation indicators in the context of media convergence.Furthermore,we have a deep investigation of SM media company,analyze the performance management of SM media company,and fully identify its existing problems and difficulties while fully recognizing its achievements.Finally,by combining the successful experience and methods of the performance management of those outstanding new media enterprises at home and abroad,some advanced strategies with universal significance are further suggested. |
