Research On The Evaluation Index System Of County-level Media Convergence Communication Ability

At present,China's media integration and transformation have entered the “deep water zone”,and county-level media integration has become the top priority of the media integration strategy.At present,China's county-level media center is relatively common,and the county-level media center platform channels are rich and diverse,forming a relatively complete new media communication matrix.However,how to scientifically evaluate its effectiveness and measure the effectiveness of construction has become an urgent management issue.This study believes that in addition to the physical space,technology platform,staffing and other figurative indicators,the more abstract communication effectiveness is one of the key indicators to measure the effectiveness of county-level integration media center construction.The focus of this paper is how to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to empower the various types of county-level media center communication,scientifically model,and construct a set.Scientific and complete county-level media center communication evaluation index system,concretely,indexing and quantifying the communication power of county-level media center,demonstrating and balancing the construction effectiveness and dissemination of county-level media center in science and objectively On the basis of effectiveness,it helps the party and government management and social governance;on the academic level,this study also hopes to enrich the relevant theoretical research on the construction of grassroots media center.
