Along with the increasing demand for electricity and energy in people's production and life,in order to alleviate the tension in China's power supply,the state has made great investments in power transmission and transformation project which is main content of the power grid construction.What's more,it has been built in various regions.The evaluation research on the construction process of power transmission and transformation projects can not only promptly feedback the problems in the construction process of power transmission and transformation projects,strengthen the supervision of the project construction process,avoid project risks,improve the efficiency of power grid construction,and it can also be used as a reference and reference for the evaluation of the same type of project and proposes guiding suggestions.This is a positive response to the national project evaluation system and is conducive to improving China's smart grid construction strategy.Based on the comprehensive research on the evaluation of engineering projects at home and abroad and combined with the characteristics of the power transmission and transformation project itself,firstly,according to relevant laws and regulations,the evaluation index is selected from the project life cycle theory.And based on this,the improved gray correlation analysis method is used to screen the evaluation indicators.A scientific and comprehensive comprehensive evaluation index system is established.Secondly,aiming at the one-sided problem existing in the evaluation process of power transmission and transformation project in the existing single weighting method,the game theory combination weighting method is proposed,and the subjective weight and entropy method for comprehensive improvement AHP(AHP)are obtained.Taking the objective weights,the optimal weight of the equilibrium subjective and objective results isobtained;Finally,based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for power transmission and transformation engineering.Considering the complexity of the evaluation work of power transmission and transformation engineering projects and in order to facilitate the evaluation of evaluation experts.Based on the research of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of power transmission and transformation engineering,this paper adopts,J2 EE platform development technology,SSH framework technology and the JSP web development technology to design the evaluation system software.The evaluation system software has small cost input,simple operation and convenient maintenance.It is suitable for the evaluation work of relevant experts on power transmission and transformation engineering projects in various regions and it has the value of promotion and application.
