Since twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of Internet and information technology,the environment of production and operation has undergone a great change.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the concept of "Internet plus",which accelerated the integration of Internet industry and various industries,and triggered changes in most industries.Synonymous,business performance growth has encountered unprecedented obstacles,leading to more and more enterprises embarking on the road of business transformation,including the radio and television industry.Based on this,this paper selects Sichuan cable radio and television network Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Radio and television")as the research object.On the basis of extensive reference to the advanced research results at home and abroad,the comprehensive use of economics,management,statistics,system science and other scientific knowledge and methods,follows the "business transformation motivation business transformation strategy business transformation guarantee" This paper discusses the business transformation development strategy of Sichuan Radio and television under the new situation of Internet,and systematically studies the connotation and characteristics of business transformation,the motivation of business transformation of Sichuan Radio and television,and how to implement the business transformation of Sichuan Radio and television.On the one hand,the significance of the research is to provide important theoretical reference for the transformation of macro-economy and medium industry,on the other hand,it will provide reference for other companies in the same industry to seek business transformation path.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first part combs the theories of strategic management,business transformation and core competitiveness,analyzes the top-level theoretical framework of micro enterprise transformation combined with macro-economic transformation and meso industrial transformation,and lays the theoretical foundation for the full text.In the second part,the internal and external environment of Sichuan cable radio and television network Co.,Ltd.is analyzed comprehensively and systematically,and the motivation of business transformation is summarized.In terms of external environment,PEST analysis method is used to comprehensively interpret the policy,economic,social and technical environment of Sichuan Radio and television.With the help of Porter's five forces model,the company's current competitive environment is analyzed from the perspectives of suppliers,buyers,potential competitors,substitutes and competitors in the industry.Outside the internal environment,the company's macro strategy and comprehensive situation are systematically analyzed Status,business trends and business portfolio patterns.Finally,based on the analysis results of internal and external environment,SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the business transformation motivation of Sichuan Radio and television.In the third part,according to the motivation of business transformation mentioned above,the specific business transformation development strategy is formulated.Firstly,the core ideas and basic principles of Sichuan Radio and television business transformation are clarified;secondly,according to the analysis results of internal and external environment,the core basic competence of enterprises is selected by using the method of discriminant matrix,including 2 first level indicators,4 second level indicators and 19 third level indicators;The fourth part,from the perspective of system,organization and talent,puts forward the safeguard measures of business transformation development strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of Sichuan Radio and television business transformation strategy.
