When the21stcentury is coming, with the advent of digitization and information’sera and relying on which various trades fast develop. Especially, when digitizationand information applications to industry of radio and television and make the level ofradio and television has been unpredictably fast develop. Whether abroad or at home,nations make the timetable on national radio and television digitization, to task a stepby step to transform analog signal to digital signal of radio and television accordingto the level of national economic and technological development to meet therequirements of people’s living standards and quality.In order to keep pace with the times, our country first proposed the concept of"triple network integration" in the enacted "master plan of the national informationtechnology" in1997. After2000, the competent authorities have issued a lot ofrelevant policies to promote the "triple network integration", which is as a nationalstrategy in the "Tenth Five-Year Plan". In2010, the Central Committee of theCommunist Party of China clearly put forward plans and objectives of thedevelopment of information industry in five years in the12th Five-Year Plan, namely"to improve the level of information and triple network which telecommunicationsnetwork, radio networks and Internet integrate", to build next-generation nationalinformation infrastructure with broadband integration and secure. This is a majorstrategic plan of our country, but also it points out the direction for the developmentof China’s radio and television. The majority of radio and television networkcompany in the province actively implement the country’s strategy of China, to firmlyseize this rare opportunity, and through merger, reorganization and development,small company fast develop from the regional dispersion to radio and televisionnetwork limited liability company that the only one in the province. Such as inJanuary1,2010,131radio and television network operators in21city of Sichuanprovince to complete the integration of resources, and the province’s radio andtelevision networks to achieve full coverage of province, city and county, on themoment Sichuan radio and television network stock limited company officiallyfounded.In conclusion, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign triple playexperience, combined with the development’s status of China’s triple play, this papermake use of strategic management theory to analyze the effect of internal and external environment and conditions for effect of business development of Sichuanradio and television network company, and make use of mature strategic theory tofind a more viable measures to provide some recommendations for the company’sfuture development.
