With the rapid development of information technology,traditional radio and television co-exist with new media and new services,and are gradually moving towards convergence.The radio and television business is moving towards digitalization,informationization,and customization,and the rapid development of intelligent radio and television business is imperative.In recent years,radio and television operators have continued to improve network carrying capacity and coverage,but the risks and challenges they face are unprecedented.Jishi Media Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jishi Media),as a radio and television operator in Jilin Province,has its unique advantages in terms of political environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment.As the mouthpiece of the party and government,Jishi Media has strong support and foundation;it took the lead in completing the provincial-level radio and television network integration nationwide,give full play to the scale advantage,system advantage and intensive advantage of enterprises,and successfully lead the country in the industry;the implementation of the bidirectional transformation in the whole province and fiber-to-the-home transformation project,laying the foundation for the rapid development of the company's broadband two-way interactive business,interactive on-demand business,group customer private network business,and intelligent media business;2012 A-share main board listing,successful enter the capital market to seek more opportunities and challenges.At the same time of rapid development,the development of the the Intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media has entered a bottleneck period.The growth rate of the original main business and new business users has been slow,the business scramble and cannibalization of the three major operators,large-scale capital investment in the early stage of the construction of new business platform and the lack of new business technicians are all huge obstacles to the rapid development of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media.This article research on the development strategy of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media,so that the company can obtain the leading position in market competition and achieve sustainable development.The details as follows:First,it summarizes the current development status of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media,and analyzes the existing problems.The main problems of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media are: the original main business users tend to be saturated and churn;the initial investment cost of new business platform construction is higher;the new business has a weak technical foundation,relies too much on equipment manufacturers,and has no independent intellectual property rights and technical personnel accumulation.Secondly,use the PEST analysis tool to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the macro environment of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media.This paper analyzes the company's political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment;analyzes the bargaining power of suppliers,the ability of potential competitors to enter,the bargaining power of purchasers,the substitution ability of substitutes and the competitive power of existing competitors in the same industry with Porter Five Force Model;use the SWOT analysis matrix to analyze the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media.Finally,formulate the strategic planning and implementation plan for the development of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media.Jishi Media should make strategic adjustments in time to realize the new development of intelligent radio and television business.Based on the cost-leading strategy and differentiation strategy as the guide,the rapid and healthy development of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media is achieved.Adopt the development strategy of concentric diversification and horizontal diversification to accelerate the construction of intelligent radio and television business system platforms;rely on existing radio and television users to realize the rapid deployment and promotion of new services;increase promotion and technical personnel training,and master the core technology of new business in their own hands.Through the research on the development strategy of intelligent radio and television business of Jishi Media,we can achieve high-quality development of Jishi Media's intelligent radio and television business,continuously expand the development space,while ensuring the social and environmental benefits,the economic benefits of the company will be increased,and the sustainable development of the company will be promoted.
