The Design And Realization Of Block-consturction Progress Monitoring Ststem To Ocean Engineering Equipment Project Based On Critical Data Chain

Delivery time and quality on schedule is one of the main management objectives of ocean engineering equipment project(OEEP). Block-construction, which is determined by the main features of the modern construction mode including "Integrated Hull outfitting and Painting(IHOP)" and "Integrated Designing Production and Management (IDPM)", play an important role in the OEEP construction. Through the investigation and research, we found that there wasn’t any system about the block-construction progress monitoring of OEEP at home and abroad. It was mainly due to the extremely complex nature of OEEP, lacking of an appropriate and effective theory to analyze the business processes. Therefore, analysis, design and implementation of the system were not effective. For this reason, in order to ensure the smooth realization of block-construction and improve the informationalization process of the enterprise, the paper puts forward the innovative concept of critical data chain(CDC), and have studied the block-construction progress monitoring, designed and realized the system based on CDC. Finally, we put it into use and verify its effectiveness.Research mentality is:facing block construction progress monitoring of OEEP and in view of the situation and problems of OEEP, this paper put forward progress monitoring based on CDC in innovative perspective, uses theories and methods of progress monitoring based on CDC, applies object-oriented analysis (OOA) and object-oriented design (OOD) technology, builds logical and physical models of progress monitoring system of OEEP, comes up with plan of realizing progress monitoring system of OEEP, achieves the purpose of the theoretical basis and reference for progress monitoring of OEEP.The contents of this paper based on research mentality include:(1) The paper analysis the present situation and problems of block-construction progress monitoring of OEEP from the three aspects of mode, technology and information management, aiming to put forward innovative perspective based on CDC of the progress monitoring.(2) The paper discuss the key concepts and scientific features of CDC, study the principles and methods of monitoring progress of block-construction based on CDC of OEEP, including the model building and data management model describing, as well as the analysis of key parameters and their relationship. (3) The paper build the logical and physical design model of progress monitoring based on the control principles and methods of progress monitoring of CDC, including business process, data flow, the functional structure, and database design model, which have laid a solid foundation for the system achieving.(4) Come up with a comprehensive system to solve all the questions of the research based on the logical and physical models of the block-construction progress monitoring system of OEEP.
