For the multi-variety mixed-flow production line,its greatest role is to organize and coordinate different tasks,especially very complex tasks,so as to achieve the purpose of scheduling optimization.Changing the production facilities of an enterprise can well preserve the original single production line,and at the same time,it can also reduce the manufacturing costs in the simultaneous production of different products and greatly save the production cycle.he products produced can also meet the individual needs of different customers as much as possible.For enterprises,their products can more conform to the development laws of the market.From the perspective of the current development of enterprises,they have become more aware of the importance of the balance of the production line for the development of the enterprise,because it involves not only the productivity problems of the enterprise,but also many details such as productivity,equipment utilization,and so on.Studying a problem and continuously improving it is of great significance to improving the market competitiveness of enterprises.The research of this dissertation mainly focuses on the balancing of mixed-flow production lines among many companies,and then considers different indicators,such as working hours,product production processes,etc.,and establishes the balance of mixed-flow production lines based on lean production theory.Study the model and solve it.Based on the characteristics of the second type of assembly line balancing problem,this paper established a multi-objective research model and developed a method of using adaptive genetic algorithm and simulation analysis under the condition of both the production cycle minimizing and work load balancing.The author combined with the practical case to solve the established equilibrium model of the production line and stimulate research through MATLAB.The result of the study showed that the production cycle is minimized and each unit can be reasonably allocated on different workstation,the validity of the method is verified.
