Research On Risk Management Of H Company's Information Office Platform Project

Nowadays,innovation and development take place in every corner of China's economic society.Under the background,traditional industries have tried to use Internet thinking and adopt information technology means,help enterprises to carry out standardized management and intelligent management to achieve the long-term survival and stable development of enterprises.A scientific and effective information office platform will be the central system of cooperative communication of enterprises.It can further improve the management level of enterprises,while standardizing business processes and improving work efficiency.It can also reduce business risks and promote management flat-tening,especially suitable for large and medium-sized group enterprises with wide regional distribution and many business forms.However,enterprise information office platform projects usually have many stakeholders,complex business requirements,and long construction cycles.The implementation of risk management is the key to ensure the smooth progress of such high-risk projects.This paper takes the case of the integrated logistics service company H building and implementing a collaborative office platform project,based on the theories of enterprise informatization and project risk management,combined with the characteristics of the logistics service industry and the current status of H company's multi-format transnational operation.The author integrates the approaches of brainstorm method,Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify a total of 14 risk factors in 4 categories,including human resource risk,demand risk,technical risk,and management reform risk.According to the analysis and evaluation results,the targeted risk response strategy and plan were proposed.The paper finally elaborated the specific implementation process of the risk management and control of the company's collaborative office platform project from the aspects of risk management organization structure,risk management process,risk handling mechanism,etc.,and compared with the effect of past risk management and control.Then summarizes the research results of this paper.The research in this paper further optimizes the company's information management project risk management system and guarantees the smooth implementation of the collaborative office platform project.It also effectively supplements the research on risk management of informatization projects in other service industries under the new background.
